Frequently Asked Questions
Can these placemats be machine washed?
No — these Homaxy faux-leather placemats are designed to be wiped clean or rinsed. Machine washing can damage the faux leather and backing; use a damp cloth with mild soap for tougher spots and air dry flat.
Will they protect my table from heat and stains?
Yes — the line is heat-resistant up to 212 F (100 C) and waterproof, so they protect against normal hot plates and liquid spills. For very hot cookware, use a trivet as an extra precaution.
How well do they hide food stains?
Textured linen embossing and darker or patterned colors do a good job concealing everyday splatters and crumbs. For heavy or permanent stains, prompt wiping helps prevent discoloration.
